Erika Jayne Trolls On Instagram While Ignoring Embezzlement Accusations

By Ryan Naumann

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne continues to act tacky on social media despite facing accusations she helped rip off a bunch of orphans and widows.

Erika, who is facing serious financial woes, decided to post another sultry shot on her Instagram. She captioned the post, "I thought about disabling comments, but you all are so gullible I just can’t . 🤷🏼‍♀️."

The "RHOBH" star continues to vaguely allude to the scandal surrounding her life without ever actually addressing the claims.

Erika refuses to talk about the serious allegations and just continues posting snaps of her wearing the lingerie line Savage X Fenty. She also resorted to promoting tacky giveaways on IG which most likely paid her a couple of grand.

Lisa Rinna commented on the post with a laughing emoji. One follower bluntly added, "Queen of stealing money from Airplane crash victims families 😍😍."

Another trolled Erika writing underneath the snap, "Does ur judge know insta posts are an asset??" "And you are so tone deaf I just can’t 🔥," one fan lashed out.

Earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage. She is asking the court to award her spousal support. The two reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched. In the court documents, Erika says she isn't aware of the full extent of their martial assets and debts. That statement is interesting given the countless lawsuits her husband is facing.

Thomas responded to the case asking the court to shut down Erika's request. He doesn't want the reality star to receive a dime in child support.

After Erika filed for divorce, the reality star and her estranged husband were hit with a massive federal lawsuit. In the suit, Thomas is accused of refusing to pay millions owed to his former clients. He represented family members who lost love ones in a plane crash. They believe Thomas diverted money owed to them to fund his "lavish lifestyle."

In the suit, the plaintiffs called into question the authenticity of the divorce Erika filed. The docs read, "While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that “divorce” is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK. This would not be the first attempt by Tom to hide and divert assets."
