Kelly Ripa is getting her workout on after joking that she could barely walk after packing on a few pounds over the holiday. The 50-year-old “LIVE With Kelly and Ryan” host has been jumpstarting the new year with several fitness segments on the show this week, and Friday’s episode was personal.
Dropping to all fours, Kelly Ripa was seen lifting her killer legs in a pair of skintight yoga pants for a floor exercise after joking backstage that she couldn’t do her usual strut due to a problem with her thighs.
Bringing her own personal trainer, Isaac Calpito, on the show, Kelly Ripa kicked off the weekend on her hands and knees for a sweat-drenched workout. Joining the beloved television personality was her co-host Ryan Seacrest who left many viewers unimpressed with his leggy moves. Kelly Ripa, on the other hand, CRUSHED the exercise segment and her lean limbs gained a great deal of attention.
Prior to putting her killer tighs on display, the blonde bombshell revealed she was having trouble walking in her skintight pencil skirt. Scroll to see Kelly’s killer workout body!
In a behind-the-scenes video posted on the “LIVE” show’s Instagram, Kelly Ripa can be seen struggling as she made her way very slowly down the famous hallways. After Ryan Seacrest is heard telling his co-host that she’s “skinny,” he then drew focus to her bizarre walk.
Taking tiny steps in sky-high heels, the “American Idol” host poked fun at Kelly Ripa’s “catwalk” causing her to reveal her upper thigh issue. “Because I can’t move. I have to move my thighs around each other,” she clapped back. Scroll to watch her weird walk!
After she failed at her morning catwalk attempt, Kelly Ripa got down to business. In a post from the fitness segment, the “LIVE” host was photographed smiling on all fours with her slender leg in the air. Climbing on her hands and knees, the mom of three showcased her strength and balance with one killer pin raised. Pointing her toe, Kelly Ripa immediately collected compliments on her form and physique. Her co-host Ryan Seacrest, on the other hand, not so much.
