Shannon Beador reconciled with Kelly Dodd at the start of production on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” season 15 in early 2020 and during a recent interview with Hollywood Life, she explained what prompted her to make amends with her former on-screen nemesis.
“You know, I had an ‘ah-ha’ moment when we were filming together, I truly did. Because I was upset with something that she had done and she didn’t realize that I was still a part of it,” Shannon explained, according to a report shared by Monsters and Critics.

“Not to say that what she did was right. But it wasn’t against me,” Shannon continued.
As “Real Housewives of Orange County” fans will recall, Kelly offered to be a character witness in Jim Bellino‘s $1 million lawsuit against Tamra Judge during season 14.
“You know, Kelly and I shared a lot of moments off-camera when I was going through my divorce and she was there for me. And, you know, I’m glad that we have rekindled the friendship because we’re neighbors,” Shannon explained.

“We love Rick. We love spending time with them when we can,” Shannon said.
When Shannon was then asked if the repair of her friendship with Kelly had anything to do with her falling outs with Tamra and Vicki Gunvalson, which happened at the same time, Shannon denied any such thing.
“No,” she responded. “No, it didn’t.”

“But, there’s just some un-truths out there and it’s been very, very hard to just sit back but I’m not going to, you know, take apart a friendship that, you know, I had for almost seven years, publicly. I’m not gonna do that. I’m gonna take the high road.”
