Chanel West Coast Spreads Legs Wide For Spandex Body-Ody

Scroll for the video. Chanel, who knows her hip-hop and was, herself, signed to rapper Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment label in 2012, posted shouting out 25-year-old Megan Thee Stallion and her "Body" track.

The video, showing Chanel's feet in stirrups and against a wall as she worked her legs and glutes, brought the "No Plans" rapper on all fours and extending her legs to a wide spread while goofing around. The body's mean, though, with Chanel seen in tight black bike shorts and a matching sports bra.

Chanel, who kicked off a YouTube channel last year, twerked her little behind for a little pizzazz, but she didn't play Stallion's track, choosing instead to sing it herself. Why not, for the rapper who revealed producers have actually told her to "sing more."

In 2019, West Coast opened up about her fitness and nutrition mindset, reavealing her favorite cheat foods and workout philosophies.

“You need to work out! I mean a lot of people like to start themselves on cute diets but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you workout on a daily basis," she told Hollywood Life, adding:

"I try to eat healthy but since I work out I still enjoy a large pizza by myself! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have those as long as you workout."

Chanel added a little knowledge, continuing: “I wouldn’t say any workout is bad or I hate it but for women focus on your cardio, because if you do too much weights and you are a woman then you are going to bulk up a little bit you know."
