Kelly Ripa Flaunts 'Peter Pan' Body In Spandex Yoga Stretch

Kelly Ripa is showing off her "Peter Pan" body, one that the 50-year-old still turns heads with. The "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" host today kicked off her shoes and got her spandex on right on the set for a little yoga, with the blonde seen in a group session. Kelly and co-host Ryan Seacrest were being joined by famous yogi Laura Kasperzak, with the whole thing bringing everyone on mats and giving yoga a go. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. Kelly, who comes pint-sized, is still one heck of a muscle machine, with the Persona Nutrition face today showing off a body she called a "Peter Pan" one while speaking to The Cut in 2019.

The photo showed the "Live! set laid out with blue yoga mats and both Kelly and Laura striking a Warrior II pose while in tight leggings. Laura wore red, Kelly wore black, and she even threw in a zip-up Adidas hoodie as 45-year-old Ryan was seen behind her and balancing on one leg.

Ryan definitely looked the most zen, but Kelly's body was shining, with the mom of three highlighting her ripped legs and flashing her pearly whites. The fashion, usually taking Kelly up the designer route with labels including Prada and Gucci, today was far more toned-down, per the syndicated talk show's caption.

"Thank you @laurasykora! (#KellysFashionFinder: Adam Selman unitard and Adidas zip up)," it read.

Quick to swoop in with a comment was Laura, as she thanked the show, writing: "Thank you so much for having me!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️."

Kelly, who follows an ish-alkaline diet and last year revealed being alcohol-free, has opened up on food and fitness. The avocado-on-toast lover outlined quite the fitness regime to The Cut, saying:

"My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous."

Kelly made headlines in November 2020 for posting from her $27 million NYC townhouse and showcasing what quarantine means for her. Joking that her bedroom has become her "gym," the star delivered a power squat session with hand-held dumbbells, although it was cheat foods all-around weeks later as Kelly uploaded her naughty McRib before Christmas. She promised fans the McDonald's sandwich was a once in a decade deal.
