'Teen Mom' Star Amber Portwood Files Restraining Order Against Baby Daddy For Ruining Xmas!

Amber Portwood is dragging her baby daddy back to court after accusing him of ruining her Christmas holiday by not allowing her to see her baby son.

The 'Teen Mom' star reportedly filed a restraining order against baby daddy, Andrew Glennon, claiming her co-star left town during the Christmas break, costing her custodial time with her son, James.

According to reports, Amber is accusing Andrew of refusing to let her see the child even though their custody agreement called for their 2-year-old to be with her on Christmas day. Now, she has filed legal documents saying he is in contempt of court and wants him punished including possible time behind bars.

The 'Teen Mom' star alleges Andrew posted a message through their court-ordered parenting app -- where they communicate about custody -- that he would be out of town from December 22 to December 27.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Sun, Amber's lawyer attempted to reach out to Andrew's team to discuss his Christmas vacation. Instead, she claims he ghosted her and she had no visitation with her child.

"[Andrew] has failed to comply with this court’s order to initiate the services of the Parenting Time Coordinator and [Andrew] is again attempting to deny [Amber] holiday parenting time over Christmas vacation, in violation of this Court’s Order," the documents read.

On January 11, Amber filed a restraining order against Andrew preventing him from interfering in her parenting time in the future. The 'Teen Mom: OG' star is now asking that Andrew be "held in contempt of court," which if convicted can carry jail time or court fines.

Plus, Amber is asking a judge to order the parenting time she lost to be 'made up' and for Andrew to pay the attorney's fee for having to file the documents.

The two are due back in court at the end of the month.

As you know, the ex-couple have been at war for several years over an allegedly violent relationship and custody of their child.

As we reported, Amber was charged with domestic battery after allegedly attacking her baby daddy. The reality star was also initially charged with criminal recklessness, and assault with a deadly weapon.

According to legal documents, Amber allegedly hit Andrew with a shoe as he held their son in his hands. In the end, Amber plead out of the case with no jail time but was placed on three years probation.

This isn't the first time this has happened with the 'Teen Mom' stars. Amber filed similar documents back in November, claiming he denied her parenting time on Halloween.
