Lizzo is ringing in the new year a few pounds heavier with even less f**ks to give!

The “Good As Hell” singer showed off her voluptuous physique on Instagram while dancing in a skin-tight, brown leotard.

Lizzo “cut a rug," as the old-timers say, in her bathroom on Sunday, January 2.

The singer was dancing to City Girls’ song, “Rodeo,” while she gyrated and swirled her hips around and around.

In 2020 and 2021, Lizzo was often criticized for posting about her health and fitness journey.

She had participated in a 10-day smoothie cleanse with guidance from her personal trainer, as well as her doctor.

In December 2020, the songstress faced backlash from fans after she posted content of said smoothie cleanse.

She shared the cleanse with her fans, but they did NOT take kindly to the “diet culture” she was promoting.

Many expressed their disappointment with the singer for succumbing to diet culture.

Mind you, Lizzo was not promoting diets or diet culture, she was simply sharing content of her doing a smoothie cleanse.

Of course, the “Truth Hurts” singer took the backlash into her own hands and shut down any naysayers of her cleanse.

"I detoxed my body and I'm still fat. I love my body and I'm still fat. I'm beautiful and I'm still fat. These things are not mutually exclusive. To the people who look to me, please do not starve yourselves. I did not starve myself. I fed myself greens and water and fruit and protein and sunlight," wrote Lizzo alongside a photo. "You don't have to do that to be beautiful or healthy. That was my way. You can do life your way. Remember, despite anything anyone says or does ✨DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH YOUR BODY✨."

Taking to TikTok, Lizzo uploaded a video on December 14, 2020 and said, "As you know, I would normally be so afraid and ashamed to post things like this online because I feel like, as a big girl, people just expect if you are doing something for health, you're doing it for a dramatic weight loss, and that is not the case. In reality, November stressed me the f**k out, I drank a lot, I ate a lot of spicy things and things that f**ked my stomach up. And I wanted to reverse it and get back to where I was."

Lizzo Is The Queen Of Shutting Down Body Shamers

She captioned the video, “Big girls dow whatever u want with your bodies!!! I’m just as proud of my results from my smoothie detox as I am of my belly curves and swerves ❤️.”

The big lesson to take away from this, don’t try to tell Lizzo how to live her life! Stay in your lane and live yours.
