Erika Jayne Reportedly Spilling All About Divorce, Embezzlement Lawsuit

Erika's costar, Lisa Rinna, was quick to comment on the photo writing, "Ha!."

Lisa added "She talkin" which indicates Erika has started opening up about everything surrounding her life during the production of season eleven.

Erika's Director and Choreographer Mikey Minden, who is constantly by her side and on set during the confessional, commented, "What A Day 💁🏻‍♂️"

Many followers comment with sly remarks about Erika looking at her phone seeing upcoming court hearings. They joked that she was receiving news from one of her lawyers.

As The Blast previously reported, Erika has a whole lot to talk about this season. Recently, Erika and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi were hit with a federal lawsuit. In the court documents, the former power couple is accused of diverting funds owed to families of plane crash victims and using the money to fund their "lavish lifestyle."

Following the suit being filed, Thomas was forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy by a group of his creditors. In the petition, the creditors including his former law firm partner say Thomas owes millions of dollars and refuses to pay up.

For her part, Erika has remained extremely quiet about claims she helped embezzle money from widows and orphans. Instead, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has posted a bunch of topless photos on her Instagram in an apparent attempt to distract from the claims she did very bad things.

In the middle of all this, new outlets have published stories with "source" quotes from Erika's close friends all claiming she was completely ignorant of the financial issues surrounding her husband. A judge will determine if that holds up in the near future.
