Interestingly, his upcoming tour that was shifted to 2022 also bears testament to his last album, and his future release, and is called “After Hours till Dawn”. The tour will likely commence in summer 2022 now.
TheWeeknd Has A Cryptic Conversation
Ever since 2022 “dawned”, pun intended, TheWeeknd has been teasing his fans with mysterious little messages on Instagram. First, he shared a screenshot of a text conversation with the co-founder of XO Records, La Mar Taylor. In the convo, Taylor asks, “Happy New Year brother! What we thinking??”
The Weeknd then responded, “Happy new year! Everything feels chaotic again. Music can heal and that feels more important than another album rollout. Let’s just drop the whole thing and enjoy it with the people… XO.”
