Erika Jayne Flashes Skin, Still Silent About Claims She Stole Money From Orphans

By Ryan Naumann

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne is out here flashing skin on her social media amid accusations she helped embezzle money from widows and orphans.

On Instagram, the 'tone-deaf' reality star posted a glamour shot of her posing in a small little dress. Erika showed off a ton of skin in the snap with her long legs presented to the camera. She might have shot the photo in her alleged $1 million-dollar Hollywood Condo, which she moved into after leaving her $16 million-mansion she shared with estranged husband Thomas Girardi.

Over the past couple of weeks, Erika has posted topless photo after topless photo on her IG feed without ever addressing the serious claims she helped steal millions from the families of plane crash victims.

A federal lawsuit was filed against Erika and Thomas accusing them of diverting money meant for the victims and using it to fund their "lavish lifestyle." During a recent court hearing, the judge found Thomas in contempt of court for failing to explain where his client's money went. The case was referred to prosecutors for possible prosecution.

Erika hasn't said a single word about the accusations. One creditor claims Thomas sent Erika's entertainment company $20 million in an attempt to hide assets. The "RHOBH" star hasn't been found guilty of any crimes but her silence is really loud. Her friends have tried leaking stories from "sources" about her not being able to say anything due to the legal proceedings.

The decision to continue on with her public persona without addressing anything that is happening has rubbed fans the wrong way. Many believe she should be axed from the show for her alleged role in her husband's actions.

As The Blast previously reported, earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21 years of marriage. The two reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement before they got hitched. In court documents, Erika is pleading with the court to award her spousal support until the outcome of the case. She also wants her lawyer husband to cover her legal bills.

Thomas responded to the case asking the court to terminate Erika's right to any support. He believes she is entitled to nothing. Based on the number of creditors coming after Thomas, it's unclear how much will be left for Erika to get her hands on.
