'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne Could Be Fired From Show Amid Embezzlement Claims

By Ryan Naumann

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne is reportedly at risk of being axed from the bravo show amid claims she embezzled money from orphans.

The Sun first reported former castmate Dana Wilkey talked about the situation on the podcast, Behind The Velvet Rope with host David Yontef.

Dana said she believes producers could get rid of Erika if things worse in court. She said, "It depends on what comes out. I mean, they, obviously they can take any position as things play out, right, based on the agreement that they have."

She believes, "They could definitely say, you know, we've decided, but, but I don't think they would ever not use her. They would just use her up to a certain point.”

She added, "And then all of a sudden she'd be like gone. Right. I mean, that's what would happen. They wouldn't just like, forget like the 10 episodes they shot already. You know what I'm saying? Like they don't, they don't do that."

Dana also said she believes there is public evidence to show Erika had some involvement in her husband's alleged embezzlement. She told the host, "Well, I think that there's serious public evidence that states that she may have, yeah." As The Blast previously reported, Erika and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi were recently hit with a federal lawsuit. They accuse Thomas of diverting millions owed to his clients to fund his "lavish lifestyle."

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star responded to the claims Erika's divorce from Tom was a "sham."

She said, “My position on Erica getting the divorce wasn't that it was a sham. They came up with the sham concept as a way that Erica was trying to hide assets was the allegation being made."

Dana continued, "And I don't think that was what she was doing. In fact, I think she was trying to separate herself from the debt cascade that she knew was coming, you know, that she wouldn't drown in it."

The interview comes days after Thomas was forced into involuntary bankruptcy by his creditors including his former law firm partner.

All this comes after Erika filed for divorce from Thomas earlier this year. The reality star filed to legally end her marriage after 21 years of marriage. She asked the court to award her spousal support despite her husband's mounting financial woes.

According to reports, Erika reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched to the famed Los Angeles lawyer.

Thomas responded to the divorce asking the court to terminate Erika's right to support. The case is still pending with no judgment being entered. The division of their assets could get interesting given the bankruptcy being signed off on.
