Lamar Odom wants to set the record straight that he has NOT fallen off the wagon on drugs after fans questioned the NBA legend over a bizarre video he posted on Instagram.

The former Los Angeles Lakers star took to Instagram to make a very clear point -- he is NOT back on crack! Odom made the statement after fans expressed worries over a video he posted on Instagram earlier in the week, dressed up as 'Black Jesus.'

After posting the bizarre footage, Lamar wants to make sure everyone knows he is still sober, and the video was just a joke.

"Lighten up DAMN ~ I can’t have fun without being accused of being high or out my mind?? If you know me you know I play all day, life is too short to stay so serious, Covid taught us that 💪🏾💪🏾 Black Jesus here to stay 🙏🏾 No blasphemy, just fun!" Lamar captioned the video explaining his actions.

In a second video, Lamar takes off the wig and speaks to the camera about the 'Black Jesus' footage, saying, "It's just my alter ego. When I'm trying to bless y'all on 2K and Madden."

It Was All A Joke...

In the past 48 hours, Lamar has been the center of major concern after posting the footage -- many believing he may be back using crack cocaine or having mental health issues.

"Crack kills," one fan wrote. Another added, "Doing drugs again," after seeing the video.

"Whoa... he trippin," a concerned fan posted.

At one point, the drug conversation turned to major concern over his well being, with one writing, "U need help bro."

But, the good news is that Lamar claims it was all a joke, and he should be able to be light-hearted on social media without everyone thinking he is high or out of his mind.

"Life teaches us that we can be whatever and whoever we choose to be, good or bad. Fame robs us of the right to do it publicly without being judged or ridiculed. I AM OKAY WITH THAT 💪🏾🐐," Lamar added.

He continued, "I’m the Author of my book, and if I want to write in comedic moments I can, if it includes dark places, so be it but In 2021 I will live my life INTENTIONAL and OUT LOUD without APOLOGY 👊🏾🙌🏾."

It appears many of Lamar's fans are supporting him after the explanation, with one writing, "You don’t have to explain yourself. Enjoy your life and live it the way you want. 🙌🏾 (like everybody else does!!!) That will be the first thing that people will bring up is your past struggles. You keep it moving you know what's up. ❤️"
