Jennifer Lopez, who probably hasn’t ridden the subway since “Jenny From The Block” made her hang around one, was actually on a NYC train yesterday, with the 51-year-old superstar turning the whole thing into a shoot. Jennifer, right now focusing on the launch of her JLo Beauty brand as she rings in 2021, updated her Instagram on December 31 with jaw-dropping subway snaps as she prepared to perform on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” with the images also doubling up as JLo Beauty promo. Scroll for the photos. Lopez, who has an estimated net worth of $400 million, turned an ordinary subway ride into, well, what Jennifer Lopez does. The “Hustlers” actress was kitted out in a jaw-dropping structured Balmain blazer and fairytale blue tulle dress – the woman who comes with a diva reputation did also have the entire carriage to herself as she posed bombshell-like and wearing thigh-high black leather boots.
While one snap showed JLo sitting on an abandoned platform in all her designer merch, the others took her for a ride.
A caption from Jennifer shouted out her beauty brand, plus the Times Square event she performed at, where she was joined by stars including “Midnight Sky” singer Miley Cyrus and “WAP” rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
“ONE DAY!!! I’ve got my eye on you @rockineve ✨?✨ Let’s go!!!! @jlobeauty #JLOBEAUTY,” she wrote.
A video, also showing Jen inside the NYC subway, then explained a little more, with Jen also seen with her crew and having last-minute makeup applied. See the caption and boots after the video, now viewed over 4 million times.
Lopez addressed her fans, opening: “Last night was so surreal!!!! I was riding the 6 and S trains to Times Square for a lil video we did for the show tonight. The whole train had all the #JLOBEAUTY posters … and I was overwhelmed thinking about that lil girl who used to read magazines on that very same train!!”
The “American Idol” judge added that the moment made her feel “incredibly grateful” although she did call 2020 one of the “toughest” years ever.

If 2020 was anything, it was the year every celeb around branched into beauty. JLo Beauty, with “Beauty Has No Expiration Date” as its slogan, has now launched, with the brand already boasting over 330,000 Instagram followers, plus celebrity ones.
