DaBaby has been one of the most dominant rappers of 2020 as he was just named Mediabase‘s most played artist on Urban Radio. Lil Baby and Roddy Ricch also rounded up the rest of the top three, who also had an epic year.
Now, the Charlotte rapper is rewarding himself with some new heavy-hitting jewelry. He took to his Instagram stories to show his followers an iced out baby pendant that he purchased. It comes with hair and is also letting out a huge laugh.
Baby Believes The Chain Is From The Work He’s Put In
In the IG story that Baby put up of the pendant, he also captioned it “Blood, sweat, tears, and bullets.” This is definitely an accurate statement as he’s been one of the most consistent and hard-working rappers since he broke out as a star in early 2019.
DaBaby Dominated The Charts In 2020
DaBaby‘s 2019 momentum soared into 2020 as things started to really take off in the spring again. In April, he put out his third studio album, “Blame It On Baby.” That project contained a huge record in “Rockstar” feat. Roddy Ricch. That ended up debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
This has since gone on to reach platinum status. The album also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and is also at platinum status.
DaBaby Is Also Trending For Dating DaniLeigh Again
Back in July, DaBaby and DaniLeigh ended their relationship after the two supposedly unfollowed each other on social media and even blocked each other. This ended up changing though as they rekindled things earlier this month. They’ve began to post each other on Instagram and have also been together again for holiday gatherings.
It’s unclear what occurred that got DaniLeigh and Baby back on but it seems that they are happy once again. They also collaborated together on DaniLeigh’s “Levi High” single this past spring.
DaBaby Has Been Giving Back This Holiday Season In Charlotte, NC
DaBaby has been giving back heavily to his hometown of Charlotte this fall and winter. In November, the Billion Dollar Baby rapper helped feed the homeless along with handing out supplies. The event was titled “WE ALL EAT.”
According to WBTV 3, face masks, toothbrushes, toilet tissue, socks and hand sanitizer, were also all distributed. WBTV 3 also reported that Baby gave out gifts and household items to over 200 children at his second annual “Billion Dollar Baby” Christmas event on Christmas Eve.
