Larissa hired powerhouse manager Gina Rodriguez of GiToni Inc. to help reignite her career. Gina represents everyone from Doggface aka Nathan Apodaca, Mama June to "90 Day Fiancé" star Angela Deems. She is also the executive producer of the hit WE tv show "Mama June: From Not To Hot" and Lifetime's "Happily Ever Altered."

Over the past several months, Larissa has experienced a ton of highs and lows. She received over $70,000 worth of plastic surgery to enhance her body with breast implants and liposuction.

Larissa's boob job increased her size to a 34DD. The doctor also performed a little liposuction on her abs and waist.

Larissa recently posted this quote on her social media, "Maybe the journey is not so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about unbecoming everything that isn't really you, So you can be who you were meant to be in the first place."

She added, "No longer being made to portray a woman I am not, to be provoked and once taken advantage of, I'm taking care of myself and my family back home, on my own. I am my own boss, my own producer, and I make the decisions. I have learned who are my true friends, and I have made new ones. True friendships endure.
