According to reports, the ex-couple entered into a negotiated custody agreement that outlines the specific custody arrangement. The deal, filed with the L.A. County Court, will ensure each of them gets equal time with their daughter and can split holidays and vacations.
The agreement comes on the heels of Kardashian accusing Chyna of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol while in the presence of their daughter.

According to the agreement, obtained by US Weekly, the ex-couple will share custody of their 4-year-old daughter across an alternating weekly schedule.
It reads, “Commencing December 2, 2020, and on alternating weeks thereafter, respondent [Kardashian] shall have custody of the minor child from Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. through Saturday at 10:00 a.m.,” the filing states. “Petitioner [Chyna] shall have custody of the minor child from Saturday at 10:00 a.m. through Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. commencing December 5, 2020, and alternate weeks thereafter.”
But, more importantly, it specifically spells out each parent agreeing to be sober during their time with Dream.
The agreement specifically prohibits either of them to “be under the influence of alcohol nor other substance.”
As we reported, Rob Kardashian filed scathing documents in this custody case accusing Chyna of abusing drugs and alcohol and requested the court test her for substances in order to have any custody of their child. Earlier this year, the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star filed an emergency document attempting to obtain sole custody of their daughter, which was ultimately denied. In return, Chyna requested Rob undergo a mental health evaluation.
Interestingly, Chyna’s case is settled with Rob, but her case against the Kardashian family rages on! As we reported, Chyna sued members of the family for having an active role in canceling the couple’s lucrative television show, ‘Rob & Chyna,’ by using their influence with the network.
Chyna hasn’t always been negative about the co-parenting with Rob, other baby daddy rapper, Tyga.
Last year, Chyna commented about the parenting situation, saying, “The key [to coparenting] is basically communication. It makes it a little bit easier if you can communicate with your child’s other parent. That’s the best and healthiest way.” Adding, “children’s dads … help out because you have to have that time to yourself, just to even go to the spa and kind of reset.”
The good news, the deal was struck “without court intervention” limiting the amount of information released to the public.
