Amelia Hamlin and Scott Disick may have been photographed house-hunting in the expensive Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles earlier this month but according to a new report, the new coupe is not moving in with one another.
After they were spotted touring four different mansions in the area, an insider has confirmed that when it comes to the reality stars’ outing, Amelia was tagging along with Scott on one of his business ventures — not planning for a potential live-in arrangement.
Scott Disick Was Checking Out Real Estate Investments
“Scott invited Amelia to check out a few real estate investment properties with her,” a source told Hollywood Life on December 29. “This wasn’t a date or even a romantic outing, but they’re obviously still hanging out and talking.”
According to the report, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member and daughter of actors Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin tagged along on Scott’s real estate adventure because she’ interested in the idea of picking up some investments of her own.

“Amelia has shown some interest and seemed eager to learn about investing, and Scott explained why it’s such a smart way to add another stream of income to your portfolio. When she found out he was going to look at a few locations in Westwood, he asked if she wanted to tag along, and she seemed thrilled to join him,” the source continued.
During their outing, Amelia and Scott visited a $78 million home on South Mapleton Drive and a $115 million mansion.
Scott Disick Isn’t Planning For A Move
As fans of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” well know, Scott’s passion for real estate has been seen not only on the E! Network reality series, but also on his spinoff show, “Flip It Like Disick.”
That said, when it comes to his home base, he is happy at the moment in Calabasas, California.
“Scott loves his Calabasas home,” says the insider, “because it’s perfect for his everyday needs. Plus, it’s close to [Kourtney Kardashian] and the kids. But, he’s not completely closed off to the idea of relocating if something really stood out.”
Amelia Hamlin And Scott Disick Have Been Dating Since October
“Scott has a passion for real estate investing and learned a lot of what he knows from his grandfather, who developed several luxury resorts in the past,” the source added.
Amelia and Scott were first linked to one another in October after they were seen attending a Halloween party thrown by Kendall Jenner. Since then, they’ve been spotted spending time together around Los Angeles and at the beach, where they were photographed walking with Scott’s arms wrapped around Amelia’s shoulders weeks ago.
