Erika Jayne Shows Off Skin, Still Ignorning Claims She Stole From Orphans

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne got a little festive on Christmas despite the serious allegations that she helped embezzle money from widows and orphans.

Over the weekend, Erika thought it would be appropriate to post a Christmas-themed photo of her wearing a Santa inspired lingerie set. The post seems a little tacky given the horrid things Erika is accused of being apart of over the past couple of weeks.

Despite her issues, Erika's post received love from Lisa Rinna and "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey.

As The Blast previously reported, last month, a massive federal lawsuit was filed against the reality star and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi. In the suit, the plaintiffs claim they were represented by Thomas in a lawsuit over a plane crash. They believe the couple used the money to fund their lavish lifestyle.

Erika has been extra quiet about the situation and has not issued a single statement about the lawsuit. Instead, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has posted one topless photo after another topless photo.

As The Blast previously reported, Erika is currently in the middle of a divorce from her lawyer husband. She is asking the court to award her spousal support. The two were married for over 21 years.

Thomas responded to the case by asking the judge to shut down Erika's support request. The two reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement before they got hitched.

There might not be a whole lot to split given the numerous lawsuits filed against Thomas over alleged debts.

Erika Leaks Husband's Alleged Sext

Earlier this month, Erika decided to leak a bunch of text messages sent to Thomas by his alleged mistress. Erika captioned the post, "This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was fucking my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery."

The post was deleted within 30 minutes but the damage appears to have been done. The judge spoke out after the alleged texts were leaked and threatened legal action against Erika.

A lawyer for the judge said Erika's “actions in maliciously doxxing the Justice were nothing short of criminal. We are considering our options to protect Justice Bigelow from further harassment," The judge reportedly received a ton of hateful messages and phone calls after the alleged sexts were posted. Erika hasn't responded to the judge's remarks.

In other news, Thomas's creditors recently forced him into Chapter 7 bankruptcy. One of his former law partners say they are owed $1.5 million.
