Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman is taking it easy and hanging with the best company around. The 26-year-old former athlete, whose Instagram is more about the dogs than the stretching, today updated with her pooches for a giant play date, some major cuddle time, and a reminder that pandemic-approved yoga pants wardrobes haven’t gone anywhere. Aly, both captain of the “Fierce Five” at London’s 2012 Olympics and Rio’s 2016 “Final Five,” made it a group of three today. It worked. Check it out below.
Aly, who ranks self-care highly and is hugely into showing off her green thumb, today posted indoors, on her couch, and looking super-comfy while showing off the world’s cutest pups. The brunette was looking stunning in a cream-colored sweater and gray yoga pants, also seen barefoot as she held up a tiny pup and saw another next to her.
Dusty & Mylo play date,” the caption read, with a swipe-right offering an even cuter snap of the pups snoozing and hanging out on the sofa.
Aly, who regularly partners up with non-profits, is now signed up with a brand that often causes controversy, but the gymnast’s deal with Amazon is bringing good, and at a time of year where it matters.
“I think about all of the kids, adults & families that experience homelessness and don’t have essentials that I have personally taken for granted. I’m working with @Amazon to give back this holiday season,” she wrote this month while shouting out Heading Home Inc.

If you don’t follow NY Mag, the magazine has been running a “Things I Can’t Live Without” series that’s featured everyone from NBA icon Steph Curry and Marvel actress Brie Larson, to “Live!” host Kelly Ripa. Earlier this year, Aly was profiled as she listed her essentials, items that include her $24 Black Duck Brand of vegetable and herb seeds and $14 Aerie baseball cap.
Aly said that even if she’s headed for a run or at the airport, she’s in the hat. More below.
Aly also listed a modestly-priced $9 diffuser: the URPOWER 2nd Version is where it’s at for her, with the star saying:
“Whenever I’m home, I use it — I want it on constantly. I like having essential oils for relaxing and calming in there. That’s something I do a lot. It’s very calming and just another way to stay present. I focus on the different smells in the room and it’s really relaxing.”
