The former ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ star just shocked the reality show world by calling on her fans to stop watching the popular reality show — after she decided to leave last season. It’s unclear exactly what happened to Leakes while negotiating her latest contract with the production company and network, but she confirmed earlier this year she would not be back for Season 13 of the hit show.
Now, she wants everyone to STOP watching it all!

“Y’all ready to start this boycott yet?” NeNe tweeted.
She continued, “What has happened behind the scenes is WRONG! While others were being promoted, BLACK WOMEN who created shows, created genres, built franchises, and built networks were being DEMOTED.”
She made it clear, “TURN OFF YOUR TV’S.”
In the shocking message, NeNe did not specify what exactly went down with the network, or if it’s Bravo she is upset at — but one thing is clear — the deal didn’t end well at all! “Sign the petitions when you see them, repost the boycott flyers when you see them, turn off your TVs,” NeNe added.

NeNe, who starred on the first seven seasons of ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ before a brief exit in 2015 and return in 2017, broke her silence on the exit in September, saying, “It wasn’t an easy decision for me. It was hard.”
She continued, “I’m just so happy that I can say that I was a part of a genre that opened up doors for Black ensemble reality shows. I want to thank everybody that has looked up to me over the years. … I want to thank Bravo for all the memories. … Thank you to the cast for all of the memories.”
But, Leakes confirmed later that she was “forced” off of the show and alleges that she wasn’t given a “fair offer” to film this season.
In the weeks leading up to the premiere of this season’s’ RHOA,’ Leakes appears to be building a case against the company for unfair treatment.
According to reports, Leakes has repeatedly asked for legal help via social media, writing, “If you know someone that works in the US Department of Equal Employment Opportunity in California, New York or Georgia, please have them contact me.” Again, she didn’t clarity WHY she needed such help, but it appears she is gearing up for a fight.
“I can’t tell you everything I want from them, but I can tell you that I want fair treatment. I deserve fair treatment,” she said in a recent interview.
At this point, Bravo has not responded to NeNe’s accusations.
