If Kelly Ripa with brown hair isn’t something you’re used to, prepare for that and one heck of a body. The 50-year-old talk show queen might have covered up in her Ugly Christmas sweaters on “Live!” today, but it was a different story shortly before Friday’s airing. On Thursday, Kelly updated her Instagram with a major throwback vibe, sharing everything from her darker locks and jaw-dropping body, to son Michael. The cute snap also came with a “date” mention. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photo. It comes as Kelly makes headlines for news that she and 49-year-old husband Mark Consuelos will be producing a spin-off of “All My Children,” a show they met on and that spurred their eloping in 1996. The results of that marriage formed part of Kelly’s photo.
The shot, gorgeous, showed Kelly much younger and with one of her sons, still super-young, in her arms as she rocked a navy-blue and strappy evening dress, also holding a pink bouquet of flowers.
Kelly, flashing her pearly whites and showing off her insanely-toned arms and slender shoulders, had her smile echoed by one on her little man – Kelly didn’t clarify if it was 17-year-old son Joaquin or his 23-year-old brother Michael, but fans figured it out. It’s Michael.
“#tbt 2000 with my favorite dance partner,” Kelly captioned her photo. Quick to swoop in with a like was “Riverdale” actor husband Mark, with the comments section exploding as fans gushed over the cuteness. See Kelly’s figure now after the photo!
Kelly made headlines in November for posting a spandex-clad and bedroom workout peeping the interiors of her $27 million NYC townhouse. The star joked that her bedroom has become her “gym” during the pandemic, writing: “ALL IN. FULL OUT.” The former dancer, who loves running and trained in classical ballet, also doesn’t need the year 2000 to show off a stunning body.
Kelly, who had outlined her “bullet coffee” morning kickoff, stated: “My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman.”
“I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends,” Kelly added.
Proof of the pep in Kelly’s step has been her dishwasher unloading dance posted this month as part of the star fronting Persona Nutrition. Scroll for the spandex dishwasher dance.
