Whitney Rose Knew Lala Kent Through A Mutual Friend
As “Vanderpump Rules” fans may know, both Katie and Lala are from Utah, with Lala hailing from Salt Lake City, where the “RHOSLC” is filmed, and Katie having grown up in nearby Park City.
Although Katie and Lala did not know Jen prior to the party, the “Pump Rules” cast members did have ties to Jen’s cast mate Whitney Rose.

“So when I heard they were in town for Lala’s new movie, ‘Spree,’ I insisted to Jen that she invite them to her party because they are so much fun,” Whitney continued.
According to Page Six, “Vanderpump Rules” fans were likely thrilled with the cameos from Lala and Katie on “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” because they haven’t seen the two women on Bravo for some time due to the halt in production the series experienced amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“It has not been determined when ‘Vanderpump Rules’ will return, but they hope to begin production once restaurants in Los Angeles can safely reopen,” an insider explained.
