Britney Spears is warning everyone not to “try this at home.” The 39-year-old pop princess, still fronting media outlets for newly-released “Matches” collab with Backstreet Boys, today updated her Instagram with an unusual snap. Britney, followed by 27 million, posted a sizzling outdoor workout shot as she ditched the yoga for some fresh air and cardio. The “Toxic” singer was confident with hands on hips in the sunny image, but the caption told a different story. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photo. Britney, who dripped mad sweat during her latest sports-bra-and-shorts spin two days ago, was seen outside of her L.A. mansion. The Grammy winner’s photo showed her smiling and solo while posing on a narrow pipeline amid abandoned fields and backed by blue skies.
Britney, rarely seen without her trademark teeny-tiny shorts, had a white pair on as she flaunted her killer legs, also sporting a cropped black tee, socks, sneakers, shades, and a COVID-safe face mask. See the caption warning below.

The post immediately follows shock ones as Britney stunned her fans with a new, much shorter, and choppy haircut.
“Cut my hair ??♀️ !!!! You know what they say …. out with the old …. in with the new !!!!! Now let us pray ???✨ !!!!” she wrote. See more after the hair shot.
Britney might be fronting media outlets for her music right now, but the “Womanizer” singer remains front-page news on account of her 2008-commenced conservatorship, one that sees 68-year-old dad Jamie Spears controlling his daughter’s finances. Jamie recently spoke to CNN, confirming he misses Britney.
“I love my daughter and I miss her very much,” Jamie said. “When a family member needs special care and protection, families need to step up, as I have done for the last 12-plus years, to safeguard, protect and continue to love Britney unconditionally.”
Britney’s Instagram just wouldn’t be the same without those free-spirited and scantily-clad dance sessions. The most recent one, shared two days ago, showed the blonde admitting to a bit of a mishap. Yup, the camera was rolling an hour and she didn’t realize. Opening “I know I know,” the mom of two added:
“I danced for an hour and a half and realized my camera was busted ??????? !!!! The last time I danced to this song was almost a year ago when I broke my foot … thankfully that didn’t happen again !!!!”
