Britney Spears#FreeBritney supporters are coming together to show the singer support ahead of a big hearing in her conservatorship.

The #FreeBritney movement, which is comprised of fans who believe the nearly 13-year conservatorship should be ended, are coming together today for a worldwide virtual rally. The supporters want to show the pop star love as she fights her father over hundreds of thousands he used to pay her former manager. Britney feels he overpaid and is demanding the return of $308,974.51.

The hearing is over the $300,000 paid out to Britney's former business managers, Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group. The company had been working for Britney for over a decade and was put in place by Jamie.

The firm was paid a 5% commission on Britney’s gross entertainment-related income. She had no issues with the deal until she decided to take a work hiatus in 2019. She says Tri-Star decided to demand an increase in pay. They wanted a 5 percent commission with a $500,000 annual minimum.

She says her dad agreed to the deal without trying to negotiate at all. Britney says Tri Star was paid $308,974.51 for the year thus far. The singer wants the payment “disallowed” and returned back to her account.

Britney said the managers resigned after reportedly receiving death threats from Britney fans, who believed she didn't have the singer's best interest at hand. Jamie went out and hired a new business manager without telling Brit which also pissed her off. She says he should have at least consulted with her. Jamie said he didn't have to tell her anything or get approval.

A judge will hear both sides during today's hearing.

Britney's Dad Jamie Spears

As The Blast previously reported, Britney's parents are fighting over who should be in charge of the conservatorship. Jamie is in court trying to maintain control of his daughter's estate despite her objections to him having power over her life.

Britney has been fighting to have Jamie removed and is refusing to work until he is axed from the case. At a hearing last month, Lynne Spears told the court she believes her ex-husband should be taken off the case.

She called Jamie's relationship with Britney "toxic" and said her daughter shouldn't have to adhere to her father's unreasonable demands.

Her attorney told the court during a November hearing, "It has broken Lynne's heart that things have come to this point," She said a third party should be put in place to help Britney's estate.
