Fans Tell 'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne To Prepare For Prison After Embezzlement Suit

By Ryan Naumann

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne is being torn to shreds by fans who are furious over claims the reality star played a role in embezzling money meant for plane crash victims' families.

Fans have been going in on Erika and telling her to prepare for prison after the embezzlement allegations came to light. To be clear, Erika is only facing a civil lawsuit but the allegations aren't great.

Erika hasn't addressed the allegations she helped steal money from plane crash victims. Instead, she's been posting non-stop selfies and glam shots. Totally on brand.

One follower had enough and told the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, "Umm I think it's cold in prison so you best get used to it gurl!

Another said they were worried writing, "I read the Erika Jayne court documents and sis is going to to the prison."

"They really gonna like you in prison. Maybe not, you probably look like hell without two pounds of makeup," joked one alleged fan. The comments have been scathing towards Erika with many disgusted by her alleged actions.

As The Blast previously reported, last month, Erika and her husband Thomas Girardi were hit with a federal lawsuit accusing them of embezzling money meant for plane crash victims families.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a class-action law firm, Edelson PC, filed suit against the reality star and her lawyer husband. In the suit, Edelson says they represent a bunch of Boeing plane crash victims who believe settlement funds received by Thomas were embezzled and used to fund his lavish lifestyle with Erika.

In the suit, the law firm says Thomas and his law firm Girardi Keese “are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds” and his “need to fund outrageous lifestyles for himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife Erika Jayne” is the reason for their recent divorce. The suit says the divorce is a "sham" and was meant to hide money from creditors.

The suit reads, “While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that ‘divorce’ is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK."

The law firm says Thomas has a long history of keeping money meant for his clients. The suit stated Thomas, “continues to use that money to find his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle, release personal guarantees, pay down loans, route the money to friends and family and satisfy other outstanding debts.”

As The Blast previously reported, earlier this year, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas following 21 years of marriage. Erika listed the date of their marriage as January 7, 2000. She said the date of separation is To Be Determined. She is demanding spousal support be awarded to her.

Thomas has yet to respond to the divorce.
