Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman kept it skimpy and utterly gorgeous this weekend, with a low-key selfie flying the flag for the 26-year-old’s unfussy vibe. Aly’s Instagram, which shows off everything from her green-fingered gardening skills to her stunning facial features, offered the latter yesterday – plus a little curve-flaunt, as the two-time Olympian leaned forward for a selfie and kept her caption simple. Aly’s 2.4 million followers got their favorite gymnast in her sports bra, and you can check it out below.

The gymnast who was both captain of the “Fierce Five” at the 2012 London Olympics and Rio’s 2016 “Final Five,” had kept her jaw-dropping flexibility out of it, instead posting a low-frills selfie as she leaned towards the camera with her trademark long hair flowing around her shoulders. Fully makeup-free and showing off a slight smile while clad in a muted gray sports bra, Aly offered hints of her rock-hard stomach, also showcasing a matching sweatpants look.
Aly, asking her followers: “How’s your Sunday” and clocking over 69,000 likes for her post, quickly saw multiple fans saying “better now” in the comments section. Self-care is something this star knows.
In November, Aly made headlines for saying she’s taking “time for myself to recover and heal” after life in the spotlight and, in 2018, being one of 156 women testifying against disgraced sex offender and USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar. “For the first time in my life, I’m really giving myself permission to actually rest,” she said.
In January of this year, Aly was profiled by NY Mag as part of its “Things I Can’t Live Without” series. The interviews, also bringing must-haves from basketball superstars Shaquille O’Neal and Stephen Curry, offered Raisman a chance to share what she can’t go without.
A $20 pack of vegetable and herb seeds was on the list as Aly revealed: “I love gardening. It’s something I’m very passionate about and it’s very fun and relaxing for me. I enjoy watching these seeds grow — it teaches patience and it’s cool to feel connected to nature.”

Aly, also listing the $15 “29 Gifts: How a Month of Giving Can Change our Life” book and her $9 URPOWER Diffuser, added that she likes to focus on “different smells in the room and it’s really relaxing.” A $14 Aerie baseball cap was also on the list as Raisman said:
“I wear it if I’m going out to run an errand, if I’m at the airport, or anytime I feel like I want to wear a hat. I like baseball hats, and this one is fun and cute. It’d make a nice little gift.”
