Kelly Ripa just burned calories without even trying. The 50-year-old talk show queen was running in high heels early on Monday morning, with backstage “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” footage showing a bit of a rush as she and 45-year-old co-host Ryan Seacrest were almost late. Kelly, majorly in the news yesterday for serving up a massive family Sunday dinner, likely burned off some of what she ate with this run – while the Kardashians do it in Yeezy sneakers, it’s stilettos all the way for Kelly. The video, kicking off in corridors, showed former “All My Children” actress Kelly looking her usual sensational self. The mom of three’s teeny-tiny waist was getting highlighted via a muted yellow midi dress with a bold pink belt, with the swishy fabrics offsetting blue, pointed-toe stiletto heels. Ryan, meanwhile, wore black and green.
Kelly and Ryan were both approaching the stage and chatting, with a voice then saying: “We’re on the air.” Kelly, still finishing her sentence, was then interrupted by “American Idol” host Ryan, who warned her: “We’re on the air, apparently.”
That’s when Kelly started running, and with big energy. The blonde teetered quickly onto the set in her high heels, and it looks like she can count this one as a bit of a workout. See full footage of Kelly actually working out after the video.
In mid-November, Kelly fronted media outlets with a killer and spandex-clad bedroom workout showing both her super-fit body and the interiors of her $27 million NYC townhouse. The video, going viral as soon as it was posted, saw Kelly admit her bedroom is basically her “gym” amid COVID, with a dumbbell squat workout peeking the secret behind Kelly’s incredible figure.

Speaking to The Cut last year and revealing a complicated coffee routine that includes a Starbucks latte and “bullet” coffee, Kelly said:
“My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman.” She added: “I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous.”
