Simone Biles‘ burger and fries ain’t sticking to her waistline. The 30-time Olympic and World medalist’s weekend Instagram activity brought one stunning selfie, with Simone showing her 3.9 million followers how casual weekends are done, gymnast-style. Simone, who recently stripped down to a bikini to joke about Houston winters, was way more covered-up than her December 2 look, but this girl can’t hide her Olympian body. Scroll for the photo. It comes as Simone largely makes headlines with her other half – NFL player boyfriend Jonathan Owens is all over the gymnast’s Instagram, with today possibly suggesting Simone was headed to see the 25-year-old in action.
“Game day” with a blue heart emoji was Simone’s caption as she quickly snapped herself in selfie mode, rocking super-tight and ripped blue jeans, a tie-dye bomber jacket with “36” on it, plus white sneakers and cute shades atop her head.
Simone, who also flashed her pearly whites and showed super-shapely thighs and a bit of a thigh gap between them, kept it low-key – the Ohio native might twin with her boyfriend in Gucci-monogrammed hats, but Simone can keep it real.
Simone, who admitted she “cried” upon discovering that the 2020 Tokyo Olympics had been canceled, has been opening up on her mental health amid the global pandemic. The star has even shared her top tips on keeping herself in check during quarantine.
Keep scrolling for more photos. Speaking to Men’s Health this month, the gymnast revealed that she’s spent so much time focusing on caring for her body, she’s sometimes forgotten that mental health is just as valuable.
“Taking time for myself is so important,” she said. “I’m a worrier so I try to take care of others before myself. So taking time to myself has been really nice and I think I will be taking that into 2021.” Biles then revealed something she takes in that might not be what you expect.
Simone, who joked about working “wine to five” this year with a killer-captioned thirst trap that was quite literally one, added: “I recently started getting massages again, which has helped release tension in my body and my mind (especially now that training has ramped back up).”
