“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne got a little naked for a sultry photoshoot days after being sued for allegedly embezzling money with her husband Thomas Girardi.
The “RHOBH” star shared a sneak peek from the shoot on her Instagram account. In the photo, Erika is seen posing on the ground in nothing but a small bikini bottom. She did accessorize with a ton of diamond bracelets and a pair of diamond-encrusted high heels. Given the legal problems Erika’s husband is dealing with, it’s unclear if the diamonds are real.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was showered with praise in her comment section. Friends and fans left a series of fire and heart-eye emojis to show their appreciation for the snap.
As The Blast previously reported, Erika is finally getting interesting after filing for divorce and then being accused of only filing to hide assets from Thomas’s alleged creditors.
It all started earlier this month when Erika decided to file for divorce from Thomas following 21 years of marriage together.
In the divorce petition, Erika said she was unaware of the true extent of their martial assets. The two did not sign a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched. She reportedly moved out of the Pasadena mega-mansion she shared with Thomas and into a $1 million-dollar West Hollywood condo.
Since the divorce, stories leaked about Erika allegedly doing on dates with an uber-successful music executive. She also is demanding spousal support in the divorce battle. Thomas has yet to respond to the divorce petition in court.
Earlier this week, things got a little messier when Erika and Thomas were hit with a federal lawsuit by the class-action firm Edelson PC.
In the lawsuit, the firm says they represent a bunch of Boeing plane crash victims who believe settlement funds received by Thomas were embezzled and used to fund his lavish lifestyle.
The lawsuit claims Thomas and his law firm Girardi Keese “are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds” and his “need to fund outrageous lifestyles for himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife Erika Jayne” is the reason for their divorce.
The suit reads, “While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that ‘divorce’ is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK.”
The suit said Thomas, “continues to use that money to find his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle, release personal guarantees, pay down loans, route the money to friends and family and satisfy other outstanding debts.”
Erika has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
