Jessica, who walked up to 10,000 steps a day alongside eating a careful diet to shed the weight, has opened up on her mindset – Jessica shed the weight in 2019 after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae.

"I personally don’t stay away from foods if I want something, I’ll have some of it, but I’m good at putting it down. I mean, listen, I have kids, so if I want, I eat like a kid. I like corn dogs and mac and cheese – you don’t limit yourself.”

Jessica doesn't sit on the couch all day. The actress, also busy promoting her "Open Book" memoir, has revealed she works out before the "kiddos" are awake, with this year bringing a headline-making poolside yoga session as Jessica flaunted her ripped abs in her clothing brand.

“We have a big family so we’re always on the go, go, go – even if it’s just in the house, the yard or the neighborhood. We go on family walks, we visit the pigs in the neighborhood, we visit the horses," she told Hollywood Life.
