Farrah Abraham remembers the love of her life and baby daddy, Derek Underwood, 13 years after his tragic death.

On Tuesday, December 28, the reality TV star took to Instagram with an emotional video montage comprising various images of Underwood's grave, decorated with colorful flowers.

As Peyton Porter's "Therapy" song played in the background, the adorned gravesite was shown from different angles, and this heartwarming masterpiece was completed by Abraham's touching tribute.

Farrah Abraham Penned A Beautiful Message To The Later Father Of Her Child

The mother-of-one rose to fame following her time on the TV show "16 and pregnant." Ironically, Abraham's big break wouldn't have happened without getting knocked up by her then-boyfriend, Underwood.

The 30-year-old hasn't forgotten about her late flame as she honored his memory with a lengthy sentimental message. The TV personality wrote:

"13 years later, I'm grateful I see "FATHER" on your headstone today. I'm grateful for our family, I've learned more about the human condition, bereavement, trauma, loss, & depression. Your life has made a world of difference to mine and so many others."

The "My Teenage Dream Ended" author concluded her passionate tribute by wishing "peace and love" to Underwood, who she described as the "love of her life" and father to their daughter, Sophia.

The "Couples Therapy" Star Has A Drama-Filled Career

As shared by PEOPLE, the "Passy Perfume" author gave birth to her daughter at the tender age of 17, shortly after Underwood died in a tragic car accident in 2008.

Abraham's motherhood journey was documented on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" before the 30-year-old joined the show's spinoffs, "Teen Mom" and "Teen Mom OG."

Alas, the mother-of-one last appeared on "Teen Mom" in 2017 before she sued Viacom, MTV's parent company, for being unjustly fired from her job.

The TV personality claimed she was dismissed from the show because she decided to join the adult entertainment industry. Abraham wanted $5 million in retribution for Viacom's crimes.

However, The Blast previously reported that the author had seemingly sorted out her differences with the network as she returned for a new spinoff, "Teen Mom: Family Reunion."

This show would feature the lives of most of the original cast members from the previous shows as they together under one roof.

Although the show hasn't aired, a lot of drama has begun to unfold as Abraham revealed she was "physically attacked" by one or more of her fellow co-stars.

The media personality stated that it wasn't right to "sneak attack or gang up on a woman" because she doesn't tolerate violence.

There appeared to be a rift between the mother-of-one and the cast as fellow co-stars Macy and Amber admitted that Abraham wasn't friendly with anyone while shooting the show.
