Dr. Dre is officially a free man!

The iconic rapper and music producer recently finalized his expensive divorce from ex-wife Nicole Young, and the 56-year-old couldn't be happier about the outcome.

Sources exclusively revealed the details of the divorce settlement to TMZ. As per the reports, the Aftermath Entertainment founder would only be giving his ex-wife a fraction of his luxurious estate.

Dr. Dre To Pay Nicole Young 100 Million Dollars In Settlement

Andre Young, best known professionally as the Hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre, has severed the ties that once held him close to Nicole for 24 years.

In return for the love they once shared, the "Straight Outta Compton" star has agreed to pay the former attorney $100 million — $50 million would be paid upfront while the balance would be given in 2022.

The "Bad Intentions" rapper has an estimated net worth of $820 million, but Nicole wasn't getting half of these green bills because she originally signed a prenup — an agreement the media personality fiercely contested.

In addition to not receiving spousal support, the 51-year-old must also pay for her legal fees, which cost a few million dollars.

If the mother-of-two had settled last year, insiders believed the former lawyer could have gotten a bigger slice of Dre's multi-million dollar pie.

Meanwhile, the record producer shall be keeping seven of the luxurious properties owned by the ex-spouses, including "the $100 million Brentwood estate, 2 homes in Calabasas, and 4 properties in L.A."

The father-of-eight also has full rights to his master recordings, trademarks, and more in addition to all of their Apple stocks, including the profits received from the sale of Beats by Dre.

The previous president of Death Row Records would have six out of the pair's exquisite fleet of vehicles while Nicole got four cars.

Given this unbelievable turn of events in Dre's favor, it made sense that the Grammy winner was "delighted" to be free from his ex-wife without losing a fortune.

Earlier this month, The Blast revealed that the previous member of N.W.A., a rap group, was experiencing a difficult separation from his ex-wife, who challenged their prenuptial agreement.

Nicole would receive nothing from the divorce proceedings if this legal document were enforced, but her lawyer Samantha Spector argued that the mother-of-two was forced to sign this agreement.

The validity of the prenuptial agreement turned what should have been a simple divorce into an all-out war as Nicole challenged her ex-husband for what she believed should be rightly hers.

The judge preceding the case also ordered the "F*ck Tha Police" rapper to pay $300,000 per month as temporary spousal support for the duration of the couple's legal battle.

The Blast previously shared that Dre didn't want to wish to have a public feud with his ex-wife as the B.E.T. Award winner once implored her to keep their divorce "classy and fair."

In the legal documents obtained by sources, the father-of-eight stated that his only wish was to settle so that both parties could move on with their respective lives.
