'Teen Mom' Mackenzie McKee Parades Ripped Abs Post Thanksgiving Splurge

26-year-old Mackenzie McKee took to Instagram over the weekend and gave her 1 million fans some holiday goals by showing off her tight frame.

"[Last] year i created 12 full month at home workout programs. People from all over have had amazing results looking and feeling their best," McKee told fans while hawking a Black Friday sale for a special deal on her signature workout program, Body By Mac.

The "Teen Mom" fitness buff has created an online workout program that users can access for daily exercises and complete challenges that are personally curated by McKee.

According to the Body By Mac website, McKee wanted to build a community for women, and moms, like herself, who could support each other on their fitness journies.

"Thats when I decided to create a program that an unlimited amount of people could participate in," McKee writes on her site.

She continues, "Since launching it, thousands of woman from all around the world have takin on my challenges and I have created several different programs leading into a support group on fb which has also been a huge success and growing.This business has become my life and it will only go up from here."

Along with physical exercise, Mackenzie McKee knows how important emotional health is and took a moment on Sunday afternoon to check in on her fans and wish them positive vibes as they gear up to start the week.

"Happy Sunday. I hope everyone is recovering well after all of that turkey. It’s always a hard day in the life of a type 1 that’s for sure ... remember today to take care of and love yourself and to understand how amazing of a human God thinks you are."
