Kelly Ripa‘s teenage daughter is out and about, and she’s been filming it. The 19-year-old daughter to 50-year-old “Live!” host Kelly updated her Instagram stories with rare footage on Sunday – anything from this teen is rare, with Lola this year wiping her Instagram clean bar one photo, also having had the account under lock-down through most of 2019. If you’re a fan of Kelly, you’ll know the blonde houses dog Chewy. Lola took her turn to walk the pooch today. Check it out below.
Scroll for the video. Lola has been big-time in the news this month, even appearing alongside her brothers and 49-year-old dad Mark Consuelos as the entire Ripa/Consuelos family popped up to watch Kelly bake her special Thanksgiving biscuits on “Live!”
Calories in, calories out. Lola’s outing today came at a decent pace as she filmed a pink leash and Chewy, with the two enjoying Manhattan’s early morning sunshine and streets just starting to get busy. Lola is also fresh from appearing on her mom’s Instagram.
Lola, this year seeing mom Kelly say she’d sit there “naked” if she had her daughter’s figure, has been a headline-maker throughout 2020. Early parts of the year saw Kelly and Mark shutting down her debit card after pricey dorm-delivered salads saw Lola spending $7 on the salad, but it was $25 with the delivery fee.
More recently, Lola has been in the news for showing up on syndicated talk show “Live!” where a family deal reminded fans that Thanksgiving 2020 wasn’t going to be a regular deal.
Thanksgiving 2020 wasn’t quite a family affair this year for Kelly and her famous family. Husband Mark Consuelos is some 3,000 miles away from his usual NYC base as he shoots CW series “Riverdale,” but the family, including Mark’s parents, all got together via FaceTime.
“#tbt thanksgiving is not like last year, but we’re still grateful that our parents are getting the hang of FaceTime. Sort of. ?????????,” Kelly wrote as she shared evidence of the slightly wonky FaceTiming. Keep scrolling for Lola’s stunning prom look.
Earlier this year, Kelly and her entire family fronted People magazine’s first ever Family Issue. Stunning family snaps from a pool brought everyone together, with the feature also giving dad Mark a chance to speak about his beautiful daughter.
“As overprotective as I thought I would be when she was born and I was holding her in my arms, I’ve mellowed a bit,” he said of Lola. “Because I’m really aware of what a good head on her shoulders she has.”
