Savannah Chrisley Strips Down For Lazy Workout She Calls 'Insane'

If you missed it, Savannah updated last night with a sweat-drenched power boxing workout – seemingly, however, there is a lazier alternative.

"Hey y'all, so you've seen me post about my Body Revolution before," Savannah said while indoors and in a dark sports bra and leggings. "MY DAILY AT HOME WORKOUT," she wrote before showing fans exactly what happens.

Savannah called it the "perfect at-home workout," then pointing out that with the holiday season, a product that forces muscles to work without actually requiring any movement is "ideal."

"They have patches for your abs, your arms, and your butt," Savannah added, cheekily slapping hers. Then in selfie mode, the SASSY by Savannah founder filmed her abs contracting with the patch applied: "This is insane...Literally see the contractions, this is amazing," Savannah added, calling it "literally the best workout."
