Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is enjoying a true Winter Wonderland right now, and she’s making the scenery even more appealing. The five-time Olympic medalist is fresh from jetting out of her Dallas, TX base for a little snowy vacation out in Montana – Nastia, 31, spent late summer out in Big Sky Country, with her 1 million Instagram followers getting the stunning scenery now blanketed in snow. Nastia dedicated her Tuesday photos to Montana, plus dog Harley, and “me.” Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos. They come shortly after Nastia jokingly bragged about the Dallas heat. The 2008 all-around Olympic champion’s update just under a week ago came with a skimpy crop top and a caption reading: “Desperately trying to pretend it’s fall in dallas but ?.”
It ain’t fall in Montana. It’s officially winter. The photos, ready for a Christmas card, showed the blonde out in the snow and backed by tall pines and distant cabins. And fans didn’t miss out on those killer legs.
Nastia, seen entertaining dog Harley who was in a snazzy coat, herself looked like a winter style queen. A skin-tight pair of black leggings flaunting Nastia’s long, lean legs came paired with practical wooly socks, chunky tan boots, and a beanie, plus a giant plaid jacket injecting country vibes.
“Montana harley (and me) is back,” Liukin wrote with a heart emoji.
“His little sweater omg,” one fan replied – Harley, acquired by Nastia six months ago, got a fair amount of compliments, but the bulk were aimed at the beauty blogger herself.
Nastia is fresh from a reminder of both her extreme flexibility and balance, and the fact that she’s got her eye on the planet. Nastia, who went shirtless by a dumpster earlier this year to promote a greener planet, dedicated her Monday post to sustainability – while the update was a paid promo, it was the best kind as Nastia wrote:
“Conscious consumption was a huge goal of mine in 2020 and even more-so going into 2021—this outfit, workout mat, and shoes are all made using recycled materials that were once something else!”

Nastia turned 31 on October 30, calling her “year 30” not all that bad. Back in 2016, Nastia was profiled by The Cut, telling the media outlet that her philosophies had shifted with age.
“The older I get, the more I realize it’s also about longevity. Yes, it’s about living in the moment, enjoying your life, but at the same time, think about your life 10, 20, 30 years from now,” she said. Nastia retired aged just 22 back in 2012. Scroll for her massive thigh gap.
