Former NBA star Lamar Odom was spotted looking happy and healthy amid concerns about him falling off the wagon.
Lamar’s finacé Sabrina Parr posted a series of photos of him on her Instagram. He looked incredibly refreshed in the snaps while standing next to this soon-to-be wife. The couple looked to be happy only weeks after reconciling.
Earlier this month, Sabrina took to Instagram to announce she was ending things with Lamar ahead of their upcoming nupitals. She seemed to spill his personal drama while explaining herself.
At the time, Sabrina wrote, “Y’all know I’m honest and transparent so I have to be the first to let you guys know that I am no longer engaged to Lamar. This has been a difficult decision for me to make but it is the best for myself and my children.”
She continued, “Lamar has some things that he alone has to work through. I love him dearly but I am no longer able to be by his side while seeks the help he so desperately needs. I wish him all the best and I am asking that you pray for everyone involved…”
A couple of weeks later, the two were back together celebrating their anniversary. It looks like Lamar is doing much better and Sabrina is right there to help him. The recent photos were taken after the ex-NBA star surprised a fan whose mother was murdered recently.
Sabrina explained, “Yesterday was such a special moment! About a month ago, a beautiful young lady’s life was taken from a senseless crime. She was murdered while her son was with her!”
She continued, “I only met her a few times but from I heard, she was such a wonderful woman and a great mom. I watched online as ppl grieved her loss. About a week ago, I was going through some of my DM requests and saw a message she sent me back in Sept! My heart literally dropped. I wished I had saw it while she was still alive? I opened the message and found that she was reaching out to me to see if I could make a way for her son to meet @lamarodom . She said he loves to play basketball and he would love to shake a legends hand.”
Sabrina says they, “were able to get it handled! Lamar flew in and surprised him at his 14th birthday party! Not only did he get to meet him, he got a signed basketball that was requested for him! I also framed the message that his mother sent to me and gave it to him as a gift to show him that his mother was always thinking of him and wanting to make him happy.”
“I hate that it had to happen under these circumstances, but I am so happy @lamarodom was able to put a smile on his face. Lamar also lost his mom when he was around that age so he definitely was able to empathize with him!” she wrote.
We’re told Liza started shooting the show earlier this year before the crisis shut down production. Sources say the ladies have started filming again and Liza will be one of the new cast members.
Source tell The Blast the returning ladies include; Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Kristen Scott, Malaysia Pargo, and Jennifer Williams. Ogom “OG” Chijindu will also be filming next season despite her still facing a pending lawsuit from Evelyn.
