As we reported, Willow revealed in April that yoga was helping her kick a marijuana habit that she claims were "holding her back" in her life -- and now has become an expert on the subject.

“And I know this sounds cheesy but around the time I stopped smoking, I started doing a lot of yoga and I just excelled because I was putting all of my energy into that, I wasn’t doing anything else," Willow said.

She continued, “And I was like, ‘Wow, what if I was doing this with everything?’ And then it really made me think, ‘What have I been missing?"

Willow Smith and brother, Jaden Smith have found fitness and are taking it very seriously, according to their mother Jada Pinkett-Smith.

Both kids have shared mind-blowing shots on social media showing off their shredded bodies. The actress opened up about the process on her Facebook show, 'Red Table Talk,' revealing they had an intervention with Jaden after he decided to go Vegan and was getting very thin.

“Will and I had a bit of an intervention with Jaden because he’s a vegan now, but we realized he wasn’t getting enough protein,” Jada said. Adding, “So he was wasting away. He just looked drained, he was just depleted, he wasn’t getting the nutrients.”

His father, Will Smith, added he noticed Jaden had “had dark circles” under his eyes and that he believed his skin color was a bit off. “We got really nervous. But you’re definitely looking better now,” he said to his son.
