Kelly Ripa clicking her silver high heels across the “Live!” set today came with yet another flawless outfit. The 50-year-old talk show queen kicked Monday off to a bright and skin-tight start, with backstage footage showing the blonde flaunting her teeny-tiny waist and killer sense of style. Kelly, who has hinted she might be done with the show she’s co-hosted since 2001, proved she’s still got it at 50, and that a rear view camera is likely welcome amid fans. Check it out below.
Scroll for the video. It comes as Kelly continues to make headlines, both for celebrating 30 years with Walt Disney Co., and, more recently, nailing couples goals with a 2014 throwback of herself and 1996-married husband Mark Consuelos.
The video, taking in the backstage coffee station and seeing 45-year-old Ryan Seacrest debut a clean-shaven face, showed Kelly in tip-top form. The former “All My Children” actress, outfitted in a polka-dot blouse and tight, hot pink pencil skirt, kept the style up. Likewise, the energy.
Kelly, initially seen making her way through corridors, even had Ryan pepped-up: “I will be in one minute…You’re gonna make me happy…30 seconds…30 seconds to happiness,” the “American Idol” host was heard saying.
Absent in the caption was the #KellyFashionFinder that pops up fairly frequently, but the syndicated talk show did offer fans a talking point – it was all about that beard vanishing and whether or not fans dig it. “Ryan shaved! Do you like him shaved or with a beard?” the show asked. More after the video.
Kelly made headlines ahead of the weekend for letting fans in on both her home workouts and her jaw-dropping $27 million NYC townhouse. The mom of three, deep-squatting with hand-held weights while in her bedroom found herself fronting media outlets for showing off her ripped frame, with Kelly also admitting that her bedroom has become her “gym” amid the global pandemic.
In 2019, Kelly spoke to The Cut, calling her body a “Peter Pan” one, no matter what she does. See what she said below!
Kelly, who this year revealed a love of avocado on toast and “microfoods” salads in a Harper’s Bazaar food diary, spoke to The Cut about fitness.
“The more you exercise, the healthier it is,” she said, adding: “And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do. I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m.”
