Jessica Simpson couldn’t resist a little lift as she showed off a stunning floral-print dress while gearing up for the holiday season last night. The 40-year-old singer, actress, and clothing designer was in full promo mode for the latter on Sunday evening, with a photo of the “Dukes of Hazzard” star shared to the Jessica Simpson Style brand’s Instagram. The label, turning $1 billion in 2015 sales is still going strong – quite possibly, because it’s gorgeous CEO keeps popping up in promotional photos. Check the latest one out below.

The photo showed Jessica by a black fireplace and amid wood paneling as she posed under a gilt-framed wall hanging. The blonde, looking flawless, rocked a short-sleeved and asymmetric floral-print dress with one hand lifting the fabrics, with a pair of sparkly silver mini cowboy booties offsetting the dress perfectly.
Jessica, wearing her long blonde hair down and shooting the camera a direct gaze, ensured (via her brand) that online carts would be stocked with her merch – “Perfect dress, Sparkle boots, Holiday ready!” a caption read.

Jessica, a mom to Ace, Maxwell, and Birdie Mae and now seeing 8-year-old Maxwell designing her brand’s bed linens and little Birdie in promos, has been open about her weight-loss journey. She admitted tipping the scales at 240 pounds, but a reveal this fall saw the star confess to being in the “high two hundreds.”
Jessica shifted the weight by walking up to 10,000 steps a day and following a strict, calorie-controlled diet she’s since admitted made her sick of eggs – scroll for what she ate.
In October of last year, trainer Harley Pasternak opened up to Hollywood Life on what his client ate to slim down her waistline.
“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner,” hs said, adding: “As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined.”
