Gymnast Nastia Liukin Stuns Unclothed During 'Wild' Friday Night

Nastia, who did throw a giant party for her October 30th birthday – and what a bash – was seen spending her Friday night snuggled under fluffy white blanket fabrics and from an oversized white couch. Hanging with the Russian-born star was dog Harley, with Nastia seen entertaining him with a ball as she peeked hints of her unclothed figure while chillaxing.

"Wild Friday night over here," the gymnast sarcastically wrote, with the camera swinging over to show hints of her impeccable Texas home.

Nastia is fresh from showing fans a side that's far more-recognized. The Volition partner, who retired from professional gymnastics aged just 22 in 2012, has been back to hardcore training as she gears up for a friendly fitness fight-off – Nastia will be up against 32-year-old fellow gymnast Alicia Sacramone as the two team up for mental health awareness.

Shortly before the weekend, Nastia dropped jaws back-flipping and climbing a heavy rope in bubblegum-pink spandex via a v-log showing her entire training day – from the 6.30 a.m. kick-off onwards.

Nastia made October headlines for a major anorexia clap-back after a fan DM asked her how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies." Nastia, horrified, and admitting she was "triggered," fired back to shut down the skinny-shaming, but it's all come back for a 2.0.

Nastia's YouTube, a 9-minute reel showing her early morning coffee prep, had fans accusing her of living off caffeine.

"You wonder why people are concerned about you and then you post a vlog where all you show is you ingesting a coffee followed by doing 3 workouts...🤦‍♀️," a user wrote.

Nastia was quick to return to her IG stories as the comments poured in, telling fans the assumption was ridiculous – "First of all, this is kinda getting out of control," she began, then adding that a 9-minute video doesn't show a "step-by-step" breakdown of her life.

As to what Nastia eats, that has been shared. Her October birthday began with a giant tray of sprinkle donuts, with Nastia then filmed chowing down on a celebratory Shake Shack burger complete with a cute cake-style candle.
