“Teen Mom” star Mackenzie McKee just proved why she’s running a fitness business, and she’s offering you the opportunity to burn a “massive amount of calories.” The 25-year-old MTV face this week updated her Instagram to promote her Body By Mac fitness plans, with the former cheerleader and 2019 bikini model competitor flaunting her rock-hard body, cheese-grater abs, and massive thigh gap for her 1 million followers. Mackenzie, who has three kids, showed off the insane workout body, and reminded fans they can get it, too. Check it out below.

Mackenzie might battle maintaining her blood sugars, but the Oklahoma-born blonde isn’t struggling on the muscle front. Seen in promo mode and in a tiny black crop top and matching pants, Mackenzie said she was “so excited” to have relocated – she’s now in Florida – then letting fans that the Lakewood Ranch area is where you can find her.

“Any fitness level can join,” Mackenzie reminded fans, with footage then showing her leading a group class while in tiny spandex shorts. There is, however, a class limit on account of the COVID pandemic. Mackenzie warned that it’s max “15 people in a class” due to the global pandemic.
Mackenzie, who has made marriage headlines this year with husband and on-off “with/not with” husband Josh McKee, is a mom to children Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs. Earlier this year, a beach yoga workout from Mackenzie, bringing her in a bikini, had funs near-refusing to believe she’s pushed out three kids. It also saw her told her storyline is “the only one worth watching.”
Mackenzie has also proven that fitness runs in families, with 2019-deceased mom Angie Douthit having been a marathon runner. More after the video.
Mackenzie, now a regular on “Teen Mom OG” after joining that branch of the franchise in 2019, is seeing her IG following climb. She first appeared on MTV’s “16 & Pregnant” before a brief stint on “Teen Mom 3,” then replacing Farrah Abraham on “Teen Mom OG.” She joins stars including Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout.
Fans today were quick to congratulate McKee, with a cancer patient even replying – mom Angie’s December 2019 passing came after she lost her battle against aggressive lung cancer.
