According to reports, Nicole is asking the court for help in getting Dre to appear for a depo. She wants to grill him about their estate, his alleged mistresses, and alleged side children. She believes Dre’s answers will help her build her case in the $1 billion divorce battle, where she is pleading for $2 million a month in temporary support.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Nicole is fighting Dre over where his deposition will take place. Dre is requesting it take place over Zoom to keep everyone safe.
Nicole says this is absurd and wants it to take place in person, with no exceptions. She says the music mogul has “freely entertained” a bunch of people at his home and other places. She points to several social functions he attended, “without implementing even the slightest amount of social distancing protocol.”
She says Dre has been seen hanging out with musicians during the shutdown. Nicole even gets a little shady and says Dre has been seen, “entering and exiting the homes of multiple women around the Los Angeles area.”
Nicole fears if Dre is allowed to be deposed via Zoom he has the chance of being coached by his lawyers or team. She wants to prevent any misconduct from happening. Nicole believes the best way to complete the questioning is in person.
The divorce battle has been getting extremely nasty in the past couple of months. Nicole filed the case after 24-years of marriage together. She says they have no valid prenuptial agreement. Nicole claims Dre tore it up years after they got married and said it was void.
Dre says he never tore up their prenup and wants it enforced in the divorce. He says the agreement doesn’t provide Nicole with 50% of their assets but provides for her well. A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
Dr. Dre and Nicole’s daughter Truly Young continues to live her best life despite the family drama. She posts regularly on her Instagram and looks to be completely unbothered by it all.
Truly has stayed out of the mess but did defend her mom publicly when 50 Cent tried to mock her. He posted a story about Nicole’s $2 million a month support request with a shady comment.
Dre’s daughter quickly shut down his behavior and told him to grown up.
