Tristan Thompson's Alleged Baby Mama Rushing To Court Over Default Judgment

Tristan Thompson's alleged baby mama Kimberly Alexander is talking trash about the NBA star amid their nasty court battle.
Kimberly decided to do a little Q&A with her followers to talk about the court case with Tristan. At the moment, Tristan is attempting to get a default judgment against Kimberly in the lawsuit he brought against her. In the suit, he accuses her of defaming him by lying about him being the father to her son.
Kimberly has yet to file her official response to the lawsuit but has been talking about it on social media.
She explained why she failed to respond by the deadline. Kimberly wrote, "The judge will see I was in the hospital for 5 days, that's why I missed court but I canceled it myself due to my procedure clown, I'll be there tomorrow to file some paperwork."
During the question & answer, one follower said, "Why your BD so goofy? with a bunch of crying emojis." She replied, "He aggy asf friend" with the crying emoji. She didn't stop here with the reading.
One asked, "Why you don't travel to Jamaica and test his dad?" The follower was referencing Tristan's dad and having him provide DNA to test if her son has similar DNA.
Kimberly said, "Hmm haven't thought of that." She claims Tristan refuses to take another test even though the first one came back showing he wasn't the dad. The idea of having Tristan's father take the test is a bit far-fetched.
She then addressed a comment about Larsa Pippen's recent claims she was sleeping with Tristan before he got with Khloe.
A follower wrote, "Larsa Pippen thou" with a tea emoji. Kimberly said, "Sad but we all know who had him first and it wasn't me" with the crying emoji.
Kimberly better hurry to court and respond to Tristan's lawsuit or she faces being hit with a default judgment. The NBA star isn't playing around and laid it all out in court documents. His motion makes it seem he is looking for a big judgment in the case. Tristan wrote a declaration detailing the alleged damage Kimberly caused his life and career.
His motion stated, "Kimberly Alexander’s false and defamatory statements about Thompson, falsely stating that he faked or sabotaged the DNA test results, that he is the father of her child and that he has neglected the child since birth are extremely damaging to Thompson’s personal and professional reputation. Alexander further falsely accused him of manipulating and sabotaging the DNA test results, which has a significant detrimental effect on Plaintiff’s career as a professional athlete and brand endorser."
A judge has yet to rule on Tristan's motion.
