Jessica Simpson didn't just pick one mirror to show off her insane, 100-pound weight loss. The 40-year-old singer, actress, and clothing designer's Monday night photo showcased her whittled-down frame with three full-length mirrors – for Jessica, that's three times the exposure for her best-selling Jessica Simpson Style brand. The company that turned $1 billion in 2015 sales is still going strong, with its latest Instagram update featuring the big boss herself. Jessica, who famously dropped her 100 pounds in 2019, was proving she's kept the weight off. Check it out below.

While 2019 brought Jessica unveiling she's lost the weight in just six months after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae, 2020 brought admissions of tipping the scales at 240 pounds – and then a more candid reveal as the "Open Book" author confessed her "high two hundreds" was closer to 300 pounds.

The shot, not talking weight, was talking $$$. Jessica was looking sensational as she promoted her clothing line's jeans, seen posing on a circular raised surface, indoors, and reflected by three mirrors.

The snap, seeing Jessica fitted into her light jeans and swinging a hip to accentuate her yoga-toned rear, was stylishly finished – the "Dukes of Hazzard" star sported a sleeveless black top, pointed leather booties, and her signature hat accessory.

"Mirror, mirror," a caption read – big surprise, shouting out the gilt-framed mirrors reflecting the blonde's knockout figure.

"Your hard work and discipline has really, really paid off," one fan replied, adding that Jessica looks "amazing."

"How did you get your pre-baby body back?" another asked – and you can see exactly how after the photo.

Dropping 100 Pounds: What She Ate

Following Jessica's weight-loss reveal, trainer Harley Pasternak opened up to Hollywood Life on what his client ate. It was more than just food, though, with Simpson walking up to 10,000 steps a day to shift the weight.

“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner."

"As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined,” he dished.

Concerns She's Gotten 'Too Skinny'

Jessica didn't have it easy in July as she marked the final hours of her thirties by fitting back into a 14-year-old pair of True Religion jeans. The bedroom selfie sparked concern amid fans – "Way too skinny" was one user's take, with Jessica also told: "This is the look of anorexia."

That user may wish to read Jessica's 2020 reveal that came with a full admission of mac and cheese cheat days, with Halloween also showing the star's massive candy stash complete with Milano cookie graves and chocolate pretzel spiders.
