Over the weekend, Kimberly did a little Q&A with her followers where she talked all things Tristan. Her remarks come as the lawsuit he filed against her is moving forward.
She reposted one fan who wrote, “Khloe behind it he does whatever 2 make ha happy she could easily tell him to be in his kids life.” Kimberly replied with a crying face emoji.
She even addressed Tristan rushing to court demanding a default judgment be entered against her. Kimberly said she plans to explain to the judge why she missed the deadline to respond to his suit.
She wrote, “The judge will see I was in the hospital for 5 days that’s why I missed court but I canceled it myself due to my procedure. I’ll be there tomorrow to file some paperwork.”
All this comes as it appears Khloe has decided to end things with Tristan for good.
Tristan filed a lawsuit against Kimberly in Los Angeles Court. Prior to filing, the NBA star warned Kimberly via his lawyers if she continued making public statements he would take her to court.
Tristan claims he already took a DNA test which showed he was not the father. Kimberly believes another test should be done in a neutral setting to confirm the results. She is confident Tristan is the father to her son.
In his lawsuit, Tristan accuses Kimberly of having ulterior motives and pointed to her having financial issues including several evictions.
Kimberly has yet to respond to the allegations in court. Recently, she rushed to court to ask the court for an extension on filing her answer. Kimberly told her followers she needed a lawyer who would work for free.
As The Blast first reported, Tristan is tired of waiting around and rushed to court demanding he is awarded a default judgment in the case.
His attorney claims the NBA star has lost out on a ton of deals due to the damage from Kimberly’s alleged lies.
The motion read, “Kimberly Alexander’s false and defamatory statements about Thompson, falsely stating that he faked or sabotaged the DNA test results, that he is the father of her child and that he has neglected the child since birth are extremely damaging to Thompson’s personal and professional reputation. Alexander further falsely accused him of manipulating and sabotaging the DNA test results, which has a significant detrimental effect on Plaintiff’s career as a professional athlete and brand endorser.”
The judge has yet to rule.
