Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin pulled off the classiest tease ever yesterday. The five-time Olympic medalist’s 1 million Instagram followers got the 31-year-old playing around with shadows in a bold-lipped trio of photos, with a cream-colored ribbed cardigan working its way off adding a little sultriness. Nastia, fresh from launching her YouTube channel, was proving she’s got a top photographer on-tap, but for the 2008 all-around Olympic champion’s fans, the finish was all that mattered. Check out the snap, plus Nastia’s insane flexibility below.
Scroll for the photos. They come as Nastia reminds fans that despite retiring at just 22 back in 2012, the Gold Medal skill-set hasn’t gone anywhere – proof lay in Liukin walking across a blue-floored gym on her hands ahead of the weekend.
The photos showed Nastia indoors and by large windows. The beauty blogger was looking gorgeous as she flashed a creamy gold satin bra with her knitwear falling down, with edgy light and darkness bringing out Nastia’s bone structure as windows reflected her slender silhouette.

Quick to leave a like was 23-year-old gymnastics superstar Simone Biles, with fans telling Nastia she’s “glowing” and a “ray of sunshine” – this, a stark contrast from October, when a fan DM asked Nastia how she feels about “promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies.” And yes, she clapped right back.

Nastia has now shifted from Instagram-only to YouTube, where she joked about “becoming a YouTube star” – totally possible. The Volition beauty collaborator took to Instagram to announce the channel, with a selfie asking fans:
“Okkk now that my youtube has officially launched, what do you guys want to see? drop your video suggestions below!”
Nastia’s YouTube intro promised to show the “real” Nastia, but with the gymnast fiercely private over her personal life, viewers were warned they wouldn’t be getting “the tea.”
Nastia is herself retailing her $55 Celery Green Cream, but she’s also an active influencer for other brands. Quick to snap Nastia up for her endorsement potential has been skincare giant Olay, with a bubble bath photo of Nastia this year seeing her “bring back bubble baths in 2020.” Nastia also regularly influences for clothing brand Revolve, plus Bright Fitness App.
Strapping on her boxing gloves on November 5, Nastia showed off her mean uppercut, writing:
“I said I wanted to get stronger, and here I am. I’m showing up for myself every day. I almost stopped boxing because I “couldn’t get back into the gym, but where there’s a will, there’s a way.
