Kelly Ripa family rushed to her aid after fans voiced their worries over her behavior on “LIVE With Kelly and Ryan.” The 50-year-old morning show host took to social media Friday afternoon to show off several dozen roses gifted to her ahead of the weekend.
Sharing the lovely gift, given to her by her sister-in-law and nieces, Kelly Ripa took a subtle jab at the Internet trolls who claim she’s been a little off her game during the morning show.
As The Blast reported, “LIVE” viewers have been trolling the show’s Instagram posts all week with some drawing attention to Kelly Ripa’s alleged “extreme” and “over the top” behavior. The star’s actions have left followers wondering what has “been wrong with Kelly” lately.
In a series of clips posted to the “LIVE” social media account, commenters are going in on the longtime television personality with one addressing her “hyper” conduct and another saying she made them “uncomfortable” watching the beloved morning show.
In a leggy photo showcasing Kelly Ripa smiling sweetly while standing six-feet away from Friday’s guest, “Jersey Shore” star Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, and her co-host Ryan Seacrest, viewers immediately sounded off in the comments. “Omg … what has been wrong with Kelly the last couple of days,” one person asked, adding that she’s been “over the top” before listing out examples.
The person continued by noting that the star’s “constant talking” is adding to her “very hyper” ways. That wasn’t the only concern voiced about Kelly Ripa’s behavior.
In another post showing the “LIVE” duo talking about Ryan Seacrest’s childhood lunches, someone told Kelly Ripa that she was “really extreme on the show this morning.” They added that “it was uncomfortable to watch,” and another viewer agreed, replying, “it did seem odd – loud tension.”
Kelly Ripa appeared to pay no mind to the haters after their outcry sparked attention everywhere. Taking to her Instagram Story after filming Friday’s show, the star proved all she needs is her family.
Showing off several dozens of white roses in a gorgeous matching vase, Kelly Ripa tagged her hunky husband Mark Consuelos‘ sister, Adriana Consuelos, to thank you, along with the host’s nieces. Pairing the fun footage with jazz legend Ella Fitzgerald’s 1958 classic, “It’s a Lovely Day Today” Kelly Ripa proved she’s moving past her trolls.
