"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne is reportedly dating a new man only weeks after filing for divorce from her husband Thomas Girardi.
The internet has been going wild over-speculation Erika has been entertaining a new boo amid her court battle.
Fans are reacting to the online chatter that she has been hanging out with a wildly-successful executive in the industry. Erika has yet to comment on the rumors nor has she been photographed with any new man.
As The Blast first reported, Erika filed a petition for divorce after 21-years of marriage in Los Angeles Superior Court. In court documents, Erika did not list the date of separation but said they got married on January 7, 2000.
She is asking the court to award her temporary spousal support pending the outcome of the case. Erika noted she is unaware of the true extent of their marital assets. In the past, the "RHOBH" star revealed to Andy Cohen she did not sign a prenuptial agreement with Thomas.
Sources say Erika recently moved out of the $7 million Pasadena mansion she lived in with Thomas during their marriage.
A source told The Sun, "Tom is fully supportive of her move and independence. They haven't been sexual in a long time, and the split had been on the cards for months." They added, “Erika has had another rental property in LA for some time, but it’s more of a club house, so she’s been spending her time between the two properties."
The source ended, "Things are a bit up-in-the-air at the moment, and they have a lot to discuss as they don’t have a prenup, but she will be looking for a new home."
Erika reportedly hasn't even been romantic with Thomas for quite a bit of time. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star hasn't commented on the report.

Earlier this week, Erika reappeared on Instagram after being extra silent following her divorce. The only time she spoke was in a carefully-worded statement.
It read, "After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together."
Thomas has remained mum about the divorce and hasn't said anything publicly about Erika's decision to end their union.
