Mackenzie Mckee just proved why people are following her. The “Teen Mom OG” star, whose marital problems with rocky husband Josh McKee now see her on family dates with him, updated her Instagram on Wednesday with a little beach action and during a stunning sunset. The Oklahoma native and former cheerleader, who competed in a 2019 bikini-modeling competition, steered clear of swimwear, but she still knocked the camera dead with cheese-grater abs and her beautiful smile. Check out the photo below.

Her photo, showing her happily posing with Josh, brought big beach vibes and the MTV face looking gorgeous.
Mackenzie, who this year was told her story was the “only one worth watching,” proved she was worth looking at, too, seen in stripey linen pants, a tight white crop top, and a simple watch.

“Happy Veterans Day to all of our brave soldiers who put their life on the line for us! #teamUSA PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!” she wrote.

Mackenzie, who was 16 when she welcomed her first baby, is fresh from revealing she likely won’t be having any more. Taking to Instagram this week with a photo of her brood, the blonde wrote:
“I now have all of my baby’s [sic] in school,” adding: “My baby who’s been attached to me since his NICU stay at birth started school today. I’m really struggling letting this last child of mine grow up. Although adoption is always on my heart, I am done physically having kids and very thankful for these 3.”
Fans of “Teen Mom OG” will remember 2019 being immensely difficult for Mackenzie. The star’s now-passed mom Angie Douthit lost her battle against lung cancer, a disease she developed despite being a marathon runner and never having smoked in her life. Angie died tragically in December 2019, with Mackenzie still regularly marking her mom’s passing on social media.
In October, looking sweaty after a run, Mackenzie reminded fans her mom is still with her, saying: “Woke up at 7 and heard my moms voice loud and clear say “get up and run for me.””
